My favourite smoothies

Smoothies are a great addition to anyones diet. You can pack them full of nutrients and create filling and delicious drinks. I love throwing anything and everything into a smoothie and feel so good about all the fibres, healthy fats, antioxidants etc my body is getting.

Here are a few I love and that I have a lot when I’m on the 30 days to healthy living programme.

I add chia seeds to pretty much all my smoothies to increase the fibre intake and give it some texture.
